Test Study Guides
Basic Arithmetic – Basic arithmetic questions test your knowledge of, and ability to interpret and solve problems of a mathematical nature, using operations such as additions, subtraction, multiplication and division. These guides also contain a glossary of mathematical terms. Keep in mind that actual problems will vary from one test to another.
Clerical Processes – This guide is designed to familiarize you with and assist you in preparing for testing containing multiple-choice entry-level clerical questions. Answer and explanations for the questions are included in each guide.
